Warning tape for underground fibre-optic cables
This warning tape has been developed to clearly indicate the presence of underground fibre-optic cables. The tape is used as a clearly identifiable marker during the installation of fibre-optic cables and makes it clear that a fibre-optic cable is present. The striking colour and the text ‘Caution: Fibre-Optic Cable’ provide a clear and permanently recognisable indication.
The ribbon is 40 mm wide, 250 metres long, and is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The clear ‘Caution: fibre-optic cable’ print remains clearly legible and ensures quick recognition.
